Energy and Vibration Will Give You More Power than You Can Take!

Before we move on to talking about energy and vibration, let me make a quick observation.

See, as people, we're very interesting creatures.

The thing I find very intriguing about us how quickly we tend to get quickly attached to our own ideas.

I mean, take a moment to think about it. How often do you argue with someone just to defend your view point or idea?

If you're like most people, you've probably done it multiple times in the past. You felt really bad afterwards, but you still did it.

We love our own ideas…

…and that love is what causes us to have a hard time changing our mind once we accept something as truth.

Changing our way of thinking is even harder when the majority of people believe what we believe.

Unfortunately, that causes people to be mistaken about some of the most important things in life.

I mean, answer me this:

What would you say to me if I told you that everything around you is energy and vibration? What would you say if I mentioned to you that nothing, and I mean nothing is solid in this world? What would you say if I told you that deep down at the molecular level, there is nothing but energy?

You'd probably think I am making things up, and I don't blame you.

New, and shocking information is often very hard to accept.

The truth is, however, that everything is energy and vibration and there really isn't anything solid in this world. Even the monumental buildings you see around you or huge mountains are nothing but energy constantly vibrating on the molecular level.

Take light for example.

Light is an energy wave that is capable of vibrating on different frequencies, which is precisely why you're able to see it.

The color red will have the longest wavelength and the shortest frequency, while violet has the shortest wave length and the highest frequency.

Health is energy as well.

It's generally proven and accepted that the higher frequency an organism has, the healthier it is.

See, your body emits a vibrational frequency and if you measured it when you're healthy, it would be much higher than if you measured it when you're sick.

That's why, it's often enough to raise your vibrational frequency through proper diet, positive thoughts and constructive action to start feeling better immediately.

Now, I could almost see you there, thinking:

Right, but if everything vibrates, how come I don't see the movement?

If you take a look at your body, your hand, your foot or your face, you'll see that it's still. The reason why you don't see the vibrations that are happening is that your eye is not able to see them.

Human eyes are there to observe the world, help us survive in it and protect us, there's no need for them to see molecules or atoms. That's also why you can't see bacteria, viruses, microbes and many other organisms.

Now, obviously, the fact you don't see those things doesn't mean they don't exist, does it?

If you take a microscope, you'll be able to see more than you do with your natural eyes, right? You'll spot cells, will be able to see bacteria, will identify viruses, etc.

Now, even on that level, which does not let you see molecules, you'll notice that as long as the organism isn't dead, there’s constant movement.

The cells aren't just little squares, rectangles or triangles stacked on each other to build your body.

They move.

If you go a few levels deeper to the molecular level, you'll notice that even dead organisms move all the time.

They constantly vibrate and…

…there really isn't anything but energy and vibration down there.

The great thing is that no matter what you decide to look like, on the molecular level, everything is the same.

Everything is energy vibrating on different frequencies.

Even you're energy, and as such…

…you need energy to stay healthy.

One of the greatest things you can do to make sure your energy level is high is stick to a proper diet.

Just like you're energy, the food you eat is energy as well.

It's been proven by multiple tests and studies that processed food, which is the great majority of food you get at your local supermarket, is almost completely dead as far as vibrational frequencies are concerned.

It vibrates at a very low level and it won't help you pretty much at all to stay healthy.

On the other hand, fresh fruits and vegetables that haven't been processed will emit high vibrational frequencies which will automatically cause you to feel better.

Now…

The one thing I absolutely love about vibrational frequencies is that they get absorbed by the organs in your body. That's precisely why the fast food you eat will taste good, but it will cause you to feel sick after you eat it and a nice organic apple will give you an awesome energy boost and will leave you feeling refreshed, alert and ready to keep going through your day.

Simply speaking, if you continually take in food that has low vibrational frequencies, you're going to lower the energy level of your body and get sick. If you take in high frequency food, you'll automatically increase the frequency of your body and you're going to feel healthy.

So, next time you need a snack, do yourself a favor and don't go for a hamburger or a candy bar. Grab a fresh carrot or pear and eat that instead.

When you do that, notice how it makes you feel. Notice how you're instantly going to have more energy to keep going through your day and…

…you'll never look back.

Another interesting phenomenon is sound.

Sound, as you know is a wave and, obviously, different sounds will have different vibrational frequencies.

That's precisely why when you're younger, you tend to listen to more upbeat , energetic music, but as you become older, you tend to resonate better with more toned down, relaxed songs.

Going back to energy and vibration…

Negative energy will generally make you feel sad and heavy and it will be an almost physical, tangible sensation.

Take an argument with someone you love, for example.

At the start of the argument, you'll notice the energy level lower significantly as you'll feel generally tensed, stressed and unhappy. If you continue on arguing and the conversation gets out of hand, you might experience difficulty performing very basic activities like walking, doing chores, etc.

You'll feel almost too tired to do anything.

Then, the moment you make up and get some positive energy into your conversation through loving, uplifting words and thoughts, you'll feel light, happy and energized again.

What does this mean?

Well, simply speaking, it signifies that when you surround yourself with low vibrational frequencies, you'll feel drained. You'll feel exhausted and you'll have a strong need to just lay down and sleep for a moment.

(Incidentally, if you're like most people, that's exactly how you feel after eating junk food.)

There's another angle to all this.

Your feelings will also produce vibrational frequencies. If you feel hate, fear or despair, you'll lower your energy levels. If you feel happiness, joy and love, your vibrational frequencies will automatically become higher.

Incidentally, the feeling of love has an extremely high vibrational frequency.

That's why people who are in love seem to be unstoppable and tireless. They'll do whatever is necessary to meet up and spend some time together, and the interesting thing is that they will very rarely complain about it, even if getting together requires a whole lot of physical effort, commitment and sacrifice.

The feeling of love makes them feel great inside so it almost doesn't matter to them that they have to go through some hardships to be together.

They take it with smiles on their faces.

When was the last time you felt that way? Can you describe the last time you felt happy, excited, energetic and powerful?

I would like you to go back and figure out what types of situations were those feelings connected to.

Why?

Because often, your actions and your attitude will increase your energy and vibration levels.

See…

Most of the time, when you feel happy and excited is when you do something important and helpful.

You might be helping someone you love. You might be enjoying a great time with friends. You might be expressing love to people around you. You might be engaged in a good cause.

Whatever it is, what you do will make you feel great.

On the other hand, if you remember the situations in which you felt heavy and depressed, you'll realize that the feeling was connected to either being down on yourself, sad or unhappy with your life, doing something that you knew you're not supposed to be doing, being lazy, etc.

Again, negative energy will make you feel heavy. Positive energy will cause you to feel good.

Another thing you must know is, that whatever energy you surround yourself with will attract more of it.

It's a commonly known phenomenon called the Law of Attraction.

That law is the very reason why some people tend to be lucky a whole lot while others seem to have continuous streaks of bad luck.

The lucky, successful people will routinely surround themselves with good thoughts, positive, successful people, uplifting language. They'll put themselves in situations that will make them feel good, because they know that if they feel good, they'll attract more of that feeling and will feel even better.

That positive energy and feeling will then attract positive scenarios which will cause them to be even more successful in their lives.

Let me give you an interesting example to illustrate my point.

Some time ago I heard of a very successful business man who ran into some troubles at his company.

He was in a situation that if he didn't take care of the problems he was facing in his business, he'd probably lose a whole bunch of money and would have to lay some people off.

Now, he'd previously booked a vacation abroad and, oddly enough, instead of canceling his ticket and taking care of his problems, he just left the whole mess and went to have some good time.

Now, why in the right mind did he do it?

See, he knew he needed to feel good to attract some good scenarios into his life, and then use those positive situations to solve his problems.

To make a long story short, while he was on vacation, he figured out how to take care of his troubles, came back home, implemented what he knew was right and made his company profitable again.

He was able to do that because of the circumstances that presented themselves due to his attracting positive and good things in to his life.

You need negative emotions, though.

Although you want to surround yourself with good, positive feelings, people, words and actions, some negative emotions are also necessary.

Fear, for example, will help you protect yourself, but it's very important that you don't become consumed and overcome by it.

It's one thing to feel a little afraid sometimes, but panicking and snapping under pressure is a completely different story.

You need to learn how to take control of your negative feelings and emotions and focus your whole attention on the positive. Remember that you're going to change your life for the better through your beliefs, your thoughts and your actions so…

stay positive, no matter what.

Remember that whatever you focus on will happen in your life, so do whatever is necessary to always keep your energy and vibration levels up.

It's not hard once you have some practice. Just give it a shot.
