This post is most likely going to be one of the most important things you're going to read today, this week, this month, this year or even in your life.
Why?
Because what I am going to share with you will help you achieve anything you want and it doesn't even matter what it is. It'll literally make your dreams come true
Before we jump into it, however, I need to share with you a little piece of information that's probably going to shock you and…
…that you’re going to be tempted to completely disregard.
Please don't, though, as it's been proven beyond any doubt.
See, on a molecular level, everything is energy. Even the things that appear solid and immovable vibrate all the time and emit what's called vibrational frequencies.
If you have a hard time believing it, just do a little research online and you'll find plethora of research documentation confirming it. You'll find scientists, research experts and well known authorities talking about how everything, and I mean everything, is energy.
Everything vibrates.
Even your thoughts and your words emit vibrational frequencies.
If you look around, you'll see that the most successful people never really get depressed, stressed out or worried. No matter what happens, they stay confident and happy, even if they're going through pretty difficult times.
Why?
Because they realize that what they think and focus on shapes their reality. They know that they can attract anything they want into their lives just by thinking about it.
Hard to believe?
I am sure you've heard of the Law of Attraction.
The easiest way to define it is like attracts like, which means that whatever you decide to focus on and whatever feelings you entertain, the same feelings will be more abundant in your life.
That's precisely why pessimists don't really get anywhere in life. They fail to realize that if they constantly focus on not being able to achieve what they want, they'll never realize their goals.
That's also why it's very important to feel good all the time, because the better you feel, the more good feelings you'll attract into your life and the better life you're going to have.
The rich and super rich of this world understand this.
They know that if they feel good all the time, their life is going to be shaped in such a way that they'll feel even better and experience great things.
If you look at the lives of those who're able to achieve great things in this world, you'll see that they're usually very grateful for everything that happens to them.
They consider everything to be much needed experience, and try to learn from it as much as they can.
There really aren't failures in their lives, just feedback and experience, so…
why be ungrateful about setbacks?
Now, do you think it's possible not to feel good when you're grateful all the time? It isn't and…
…that's exactly what I am trying to say to you.
It's all about feeling good all the time and using the power of your thoughts and beliefs to attract circumstances, events and people into your life that will bring even more awesome success…
…no matter what you do.
So, how do you feel good all the time? Let me tell you.
Do not get frustrated.
The number one thing that causes you not to feel good is frustration.
Have you ever thought about why you get frustrated, though?
It's because you're fed up with the ordinary. I mean, you get out of the house to get to work, jump in your car and it won't start.
Once you finally get to your office, you find out that you're already late to your meeting and everyone is really upset with you. You also learn that your assistant is sick, so there's this huge mess you need to deal with and…
…you get frustrated!
Suddenly what seemed easy to accomplish in the morning becomes completely impossible and even the easiest tasks are too complicated.
Why?
Because you're focusing on the negative instead of thinking about what you want. So, to feel good focus on what you desire, and not on what you're trying to avoid. In other words, it is good to want more money, but it isn't good to not want to be poor.
Read good books.
You must get in a habit of reading good books. The whole point of it is to surround yourself with what makes you feel good inside.
It can be something funny, exciting, cheesy, anything you want as long as you feel good while reading it.
On the other hand, if something scares you or worries you, do not read it. That's why I try to avoid the news. They don't normally bring any good to my life.
Listen to motivational audio.
If there's a motivational speaker you like (such as Zig Ziglar or Tony Robbins, for instance), then go ahead and get a few of his programs on CD's. Put them in your car so that you can listen to them as you drive.
As long as you do that, you'll feel really empowered and motivated and that's exactly what we're trying to accomplish here.
Surround yourself with great people.
Have you noticed how it's impossible to feel bad around your good friends or successful people? They have this vibe around them that pulls you towards them. You love and appreciate them for who they are and they make you feel appreciated, loved and cherished.
Go for a walk outside.
Depressed people always seem to focus inwards. They constantly think about how they feel and what's going on inside their heads. They think that the whole world is centered around them.
On the other hand, happy, positive people will always look at the world and see what they can change to improve it. They will not be focused on their feelings or troubles. They'll dedicate themselves almost entirely to achieving something great in life.
Going out will get you to look at the world and practice looking out instead of in.
Get some sun.
The sun is amazing for your body and your mind. It's been tested and proven that lack of sun causes depression, while lots of sun doesn't only cause positive chemical reactions in your body, but it'll get you to feel amazed at how great the world is.
You'll feel blessed and grateful for everything that surrounds you and for the beauty of the world you live in.
Get a massage.
A nice, long massage will relax you, help you rest and contemplate. It'll make you feel refreshed, alert and ready to take on the challenges of the day.
The touch of another person's hands has healing powers in and of itself, and if someone knows how to help you get rid of stress or worry through it, it's even better.
Exercise.
I am sure you already know that your body will start producing endorphins after about fifteen minutes of continued physical exercise, and once they kick in, you'll feel like never before.
The endorphins produced in your brain will make you happy and they'll fill you with the much needed energy to achieve what you want.
It doesn't really matter what kind of exercise you do, as long as you're willing and able to do it for twenty minutes each day.
I can promise you, after the first few days you'll feel like a brand new person and it'll just get better from there.
Eat well.
Have you noticed how incredibly amazing you feel after you eat something good and healthy? On the other hand, do you remember ever feeling that way after having junk food?
Good, organic food nourishes your body. It provides it with the nutrients, vitamins and minerals it needs to function properly. It balances the delicate ecosystem that's found inside you and…
…it makes you feel smashing!
Smile and laugh.
Again, this is pretty self explanatory. When you smile and laugh, you make not only yourself happy, but you also improve the lives of those around you.
It really doesn't matter what makes you laugh. You can watch funny movies, go see stand up comedy, watch cartoons or some kids goofing around. Anything will do as long as it'll get you to laugh.
Listen to music.
Everyone has a favorite type of music that makes them feel good. It doesn't matter what artist you enjoy or even what genre.
Just determine what it is you like and listen to it often. When you do, you'll feel happier, more energetic and more blessed. You'll feel grateful and blessed. You'll feel blissful.
Dance.
Dancing is an awesome way of making yourself feel amazing. It's like working out while being expressive at the same time.
The more flexible and better trained you are, the more effective it's going to be, but anyone can dance. Even if it's just a little rocking back and forth to some music you like, it still works.
Of course, it's even better if you can dance with someone you love. When that's the case, not only does the process of dancing itself make you happy, but also the fact that you're with someone you care about causes you to feel good.
Be creative with your hands.
Creating something with your hands is extremely fulfilling and the thought of making something out of nothing is a very empowering one.
Suddenly, you realize that you're able to make something beautiful, useful, entertaining or expressive out of a chunk of wood, pile of stones or even a chunk of ice.
There's nothing better than looking at something you've made with your own hands and being satisfied with it.
Look at pictures of things you want.
Visualize what you desire. If you want to be a traveler, for instance, get some pictures of beautiful places you'd like to visit, and put them up all over your place.
If you want a new car, get a picture of it and put it somewhere where you can look at it all the time.
If you want a bunch of money, get a picture of a nice pile of cash and write the actual amount on it.
The point is that you want to feel good and excited when you look at those representations. What you don't want, on the other hand, is to feel depressed or sad because you don't think you're going to be able to realize your goals.
Be in the sweet spot.
It is important, when you define what you want, that you actually believe that you're going to achieve it. It's also important to feel excited about that goal, as if it was already realized.
When you set your goals up and you don't feel completely stoked or ecstatic to work for them, or if you don't think you’re going to be able to realize them, lower them.
If you don't believe you're going to be able to make $1,000,000 this year, for example, lower your goal to $100,000. It doesn't matter how big or small your goal is. Once you achieve your smaller goals, you'll be able to effectively increase them and achieve what now seems completely impossible.
Soon, you'll be getting what you want without any trouble.
So, there you have it.
These tips and strategies for feeling good will get you anything you want in your life. Remember, that feeling good and happy all the time is a habit that you need to develop and work on until you become unconsciously competent at it.
When that happens, you'll be able to ask and receive pretty much instantly. You’ll be able to take complete control of your reality which is an incredibly amazing ability.
